| 摘 要： | 以人为本的执政理念确立,标志着我们党通过几十年的执政实践,完成了由“阶级为本”向“人民为本”的观念转变;科学、民主、法制的执政理念的确立,标志着我们党在执政理念上的一次重大飞跃;和谐、疏导、整合、稳定的执政理念的确立,说明我们党在执政意识中,把人际环境的融洽和谐、多元利益的兼顾协调、社会管理的协同参与,放到了突出的位置上。

| Abstract: | The establishment of taking the people as the fundation marks the change of the idea of taking the class as the foundation.The establishment of scientifical,democratical and legal ruling idea marks a great leap in CPC's ruling idea.Finally,the establishment of a ruling idea with harmony,channel,conformity and stability shows that CPC puts the harmony of personel enviornment,the benefit coordination of many parts and the cooperation of social administration on a protruding position. |
