哈萨克族人口文化素质浅析

本文运用衡量人口文化素质的几项主要指标，即每万人口中的各级各类学校在校生数、每万人口中拥有各种文化程度人数、文化教育水平综合均值、文盲率等，以全国第五次人口普查数据为主要依据，分析了哈萨克族的人口文化素质，并与全国、自治区平均水平和其他几个民族相比较，其非文盲率在全国住居第三，仅次于塔塔尔族和乌孜别克族。大大高于全国、自治区平均水平，其他几项指标在自治区被比较的13个世居民族中处于偏下位置。

Briefly Analyzing Cultural Character of Population of Kazakh

This text uses a few main indexes of measuring population cultural character, that is,from all levels of each kind of school in the namely each myriad people at the school livings to various cultural degree numbers, cultural education level in the number, illiteracy rate,etc. Each myriad people comprehensive all be worth with the whole country. Based on the fifth National Population Census data, analyzing the cultural character of population of Kazakh , and compared with the average level of the whole country, autonomous regions, its non- illiteracy rate ranks the third, only next to Tatar and Uzbek, far higher than the average level of the country＇ and autonomous regions＇. Other indexes rank far lower compared with the main thirteen living minorities in the autonomous regions.
