论中国的崛起与中美关系

中国的崛起是鸦片战争以来中国人民追求国家独立、统一、繁荣、富强的延续,是来自中国朝野上下的一种原生型力量。中国的崛起、中国的现代化和中华民族的复兴,这三个概念的内核基本上一致。但崛起并非唾手可得,必须不犯大的错误才有可能。为此,中国必须妥善处理攸关中国崛起进程的中美关系。中国的崛起以及和平发展的道路必须以强大的国防力量做后盾,同时必须继续韬光养晦。复兴中国的传统文化既是民族复兴的题中应有之义,也有助于加速民族复兴的步伐。

On China's Rise and Sino-American Relations

This paper discusses the relationship between the rise of China and Sino-us relations.It has been the Chinese people's sequential pursuit since the Opium War.China's rise,modernization and national revival have identical meanings.However,China's rise is not easy to obtain.China must deal well with Sino-US bilateral relations,which are related directly to the process of China's rise.And its path,peaceful development should be supported by mighty strength of national defense,and at the same time China should taoguangyanghui(hide its capabilities and hide its time) continuously.The revival of Chinese traditional culture is not only an important content for national revival,but also conducive to accelerating the step of national revival.
