全球化视阈下社会主义民主包容性命题的提出有其理论依据。提出社会主义民主包容性有助于社会主义现代化目标的实现,有助于新时期重大历史性任务的实现,有助于化解当前国内外诸多矛盾。民主是制度和目的,也是手段,社会主义民主包容性在于它是对资本主义民主作为手段的扬弃,社会主义民主需要学习和借鉴资本主义民主中有益的、合理的成分,还需要对资本主义民主中虚伪的、不合理的方面大胆地批判。我们要澄清认识,强调社会主义民主的包容性是在坚持民主阶级性基础上的包容,还涵盖着理性地对待现实的东西方民主相互学习和借鉴的问题。

On the Inclusiveness of Socialist Democracy in the Context of Globalization: Discussion

The inclusiveness of socialist democracy was proposed in the context of globalization with scientific theoretic foundation. Its proposition helps to realize the goal of socialist modernization and great historical tasks in the new era while resolving contradictions at home and abroad. Democracy is a system and goal as well as a measure. The inclusiveness of socialist democracy abandons and renews the way of capitalist democracy： socialist democracy needs to learn from its useful and reasonable factors, while criticizing the hypocrisy and unreasonableness of capitalist democracy. It is essential to stress the fact that the inclusiveness of socialist democracy is based on the class division of democracy, and also to rationally treat the actual issues of Eastern democracy and Western democracy in mutual learning for reference.
