According to a survey, its users are mainly the young people born in 1980s： they invest and finance to earn profits through such platforms on the Internet, or get a finaneal loan in this way to meet their fund needs, such as capital turnover, investment venture or a large amount of consumption, etc. In its early stage, it has inevitable risks; however, it cannot be ignored that most web users are young. ＂Youth Loan＂ founded by the Communist Youth League will effectively minimize the risks in it and maximize financial support for entrepreneurial youth so as to effectively contact and gather the related young people in this program.
