Developing the Pattern of Undergraduate Ideological and Political Education under the "Competency-Oriented" Concept

It is necessary to develop a contemporary pattern of undergraduate ideological and political education under the ＂competency-oriented＂ concept, which is the requirement of both times and social development as well as the essence of the ideological and political education. According to the viewpoint of Systemic Theory, in developing the educational mode under the ＂competency-oriented＂ concept, it is essential to follow the requirements of the subjectivity principle, comprehensive coordinated development principle, scientific principle and open principle, while setting out from the educational purposes, contents, methods and environment in order to better achieve the reform and innovation of the educational pattern.
