摘    要:中职英语听力教学中存在许多问题。一直以来,听力课堂被定位为一种学生被动接受的活动,到现在人们才逐渐意识到它应当是一个主动的过程。帮助学生打好英语基础,尝试将元认知策略运用到英语听力教学,对学生进行听力策略的培训,教会学生如何上好听力课,改革传统灌输式教学方法,一定能够提高学生的听力水平,使听力教学更加有效。

Abstract:There are many problems existing in English listening teaching of vocational schools. The listening class has been defined as a passive activity for the students, whereas recently people have come to realize that it should be an active activity. In order to improve the listening skills of students and make listening teaching more effective, it is essential to help them build up an English foundation by trying to apply the metacognition strategy into English listening teaching and to train students with listening skills as well as to reform traditional infusion teaching method.
