Optimize the Listening Teaching of Vocational School by Applying Metacognition Strategy-based Approach

There are many problems existing in English listening teaching of vocational schools. The listening class has been defined as a passive activity for the students, whereas recently people have come to realize that it should be an active activity. In order to improve the listening skills of students and make listening teaching more effective, it is essential to help them build up an English foundation by trying to apply the metacognition strategy into English listening teaching and to train students with listening skills as well as to reform traditional infusion teaching method.
