道德冷漠现象浅析

道德冷漠是社会转型期过渡性道德危机在社会心理层面的反映。目前,我国正处于社会转型期,旧的道德体系受到新的道德观念的冲击,道德冷漠日益普遍。究其原因,主要因为道德价值标准泛化、公民道德教育乏力、榜样示范和道德奖惩机制不完善。故应当从加强社会主义核心价值观教育、提高公民道德教育的实效性、确实维护道德榜样的权威性、加快道德法制化建设等四个方面来加以扭转。

On Moral Indifference: An Analysis of the Phenomenon

Moral indifference is the reflection of the transitional moral crisis in the level of the social psychology during the social transforming period. Currently, China is in such a period, under the impact of the new moral values, moral indifference is widespread in an increasingly trend. The main reasons include the generalization of moral values, the weakness of the civic moral education, the imperfection of role model demonstration and moral reward or punishment system. It is essential to reverse the current situation of moral indifference in the following four aspects： strengthening the education of socialist core values, improving the effectiveness of the civic moral education, maintaining the authority of the moral examples effectively and speeding up the development of moral legalization.
