| 摘 要： | 纵观国内外女性管理的现状，总的说来是不容乐观的，然而，女性的关爱、理解、沟通、协调、合作、激励等优点在管理过程中却能发挥重要的作用。因此，我们可从加强女性的领导力建设，提高其自身素质，加强舆论宣传，给予组织制度保证等方面来提升女性管理的水平。

| Abstract: | The situation of feminine management is hardly optimistic.On the contrary,the traits of female,such as their consideration,understanding,communication,coordination,cooperation and encouragement,play an important role in the management.So we can enhance feminine management level through improving their leadership ability,strengthening their quality and public propaganda,and promoting organization system. |
