相转移催化法合成辛基缩水甘油醚的研究

摘    要:利用4种具有不同结构的季铵化合物作为相转移催化剂,以正辛醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料一步合成了辛基缩水甘油醚,并对其反应机理作了初步研究.实验结果表明:以对称性最高的四正丁基溴化铵的催化效果最好,产率可达72%;以对称性最差的二甲基苯基苄基溴化铵的催化效果最差,产率仅有23.4%.

Abstract:By taking four kinds of quaternary ammonium salts as the phase transfer catalysts,octyl glycidyl ether have been prepared directly form 1-octanol and epichloro-hydrin, and the reaction mechanism is studied primitively. The result of experiment shows that the best catalyst is tetrabutylammonium bromide because of its symmetric structure and the worst is N, N-dimethyl-N-penyl benzylammonium bromid, and the yield can reach 72% and 23. 4% respectively.
