摘    要:企业作为社会经济发展的一个重要组织,在经济增长领域和满足消费者日益多元化、个性化的消费需求方面扮演重要角色,如能在当今竞争激烈的市场经济中走出一条"重义谋利"之路是企业可持续发展的关键。改革开放30年来,中国企业忽视了对伦理价值、道德规范和自主创新的不断追求,企业的经营理念正在经历现实伦理观念的考验。社会对企业的管理经营活动提出了更高的道德伦理要求,使企业经营主体自觉把管理伦理思想融合到企业文化建设中,管理伦理在构建和谐企业过程中的必要性和紧迫性日益突出。新时期管理伦理在构建和谐企业中的战略举措应该坚持一切为民的科学指导思想,坚持诚信为本的内核管理理念,坚持可持续发展的生态环境伦理思想。

Abstract:An enterprise, as an important organization for social and economic development, plays an important role in promoting economic growth and meeting consumers'increasingly diversified and personalized consuming demands.Therefore, it is considered as a key to sustainable enterprise development if any enterprise, in the current fierce market competition, opens up a way to be able to both pursue economic interests and take social responsibilities. Since China began to carry out the policy of reform and opening-up 30 years ago, too many Chinese enterprises have neglected to constantly pursue ethical value, moral standard and autonomous innovation, as a result of which, the management philosophy of the enterprises is experiencing all sorts of moral trials in reality. In the new era Chinese society has made higher ethical and moral requirements to the managemental and operating activities of enterprises, which causes the enterprises to beginning to realize that they must conscientiously integrate the ethical concept on business management with the business culture building; Managemental ethics is increasingly showing its necessity and urgency in the harmonious enterprise building; and enterprises must further the harmony and unity of their internal and external parts. In the new era, the managemental ethics, in the harmonious enterprise building, is suggested to take such strategies as adhering to the scientific guiding ideology of serving people in everything, the managemental concept of honest operation, and the ethical mentality of both environmentally and ecologically sustainable development.
