摘    要:近年来,西方国家的思想道德教育出现了许多值得我们借鉴的新观点,其内容丰富,方式多样,途径广泛,适应性极强。特别是人格完善理论和道德认知发展理论,二者都对受教育者的主体性地位给予充分的重视,发挥受教育者的积极性和主动性,促进人的道德情感、道德意志、道德行为同步发展。分析西方思想道德教育方法和理论,有利于提高我们在思想道德教育领域的研究能力,克服我们思想道德教育中生硬的教育教学方式,促进我国思想道德教育的发展和创新。

Abstract:Western ideological and moral education is rich in content,various in method,wide in use and good in adaptation It is worth China learning. Both the theories of personality perfection and recognition development atlach importance to the subjectsity,actwity and of the educated. The study of western ideological and moral education helps improve our ability in the some field. helps our rigid teaching method and accelerate the developent of our ideological and moral education
