A comparison between mathematics course designs of MIT and BUPT

Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT) has been ranked first in all American engineering universities for many years,and its mathematical courses,as one of its fundamental subjects,have been designed distinguishingly.Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications(BUPT) is a state key university with information technology and telecommunications as its main feature,and mathematics major plays an important role in cultivating students.Both BUPT and MIT are engineering universities,therefore,to introduce and compare their mathematics course designs is very valuable for our subject constructions,in particular,for the cultivation plan of mathematics major.
