| Abstract: | The intellectual economy puts forward the new challenges to the organizational mana-gement. It will be an effective choice in challenge to adopt Cenozoic organizational manage-ment--intellectual management. Intellectual management offers a new way for organizing and realizes conspicuous knowledge and recessive knowledge sharing. Through sharing knowle-dge and using collective intelligence, it improves ability of meeting an emergency and innovation. |
