| 摘 要： | 电子健康作为一种全新的医疗保健模式，代表着医疗保健发展的未来。发展电子健康的根本目的是提高医疗保健的效率，增强公众的医疗保健观念，提高公众的健康水平。如何在新型的医疗保健模式下保护病人的信息隐私，成为发展电子健康面临的主要挑战之一。本文主要对电子健康的隐私保护问题进行伦理探讨与哲学反思，并提出了电子健康的隐私保护的具体措施，旨在促进电子健康为人类带来更多的健康与福祉。

| Abstract: | E-health, as a new mode of healthcare, represents the future of medical care development. The fundamental purpose of e-health is to improve the efficiency of healthcare, cultivate the sense of the public in healthcare, and raise the health level of the public, yet e-health suggests a possible challenge to privacy protection. This article analyzes privacy protection in the age of e-health from the perspective of ethics and philosophy, and presents strategies for protecting privacy in the era of ehealth. |
