当代个人主义的危机与古典自由主义的突围

文章通过分析以罗尔斯为代表的新自由主义的内部争论,揭示了其“权利论个人主义”的理论预设;又通过社群主义者对罗尔斯的批判,论证了这种理论预设,并说明其无法有效回应社群主义对其“个人主义”的批判而导致危机。以哈耶克为代表的当代古典自由主义,已对“个人主义”做出了另一种解释,并给出了相应的社会理论,从而实现了“个人主义”的突围;其“真个人主义”对我们更好理解“以人为本”等当今社会具有借鉴意义。 

The Crisis of Contemporary Individualism and the Breakthrough of Classic Liberalism

By analyzing the internal debate among Neo-liberalism with John Rawls as the leading exponent, the essay discovers Right Individualism as its theoretical prerequisite, and proves this point with the analysis of Communitarians critique to Rawls. The essay argues that the Right Individualism could not respond to the critique effectively and resulted in the crisis of contemporary Individualism. But Classic Liberalism represented by Hayek had made another explanation of Individualism and offered its relevant social theory, and achieved a breakthrough of Individualism. The True Individualism affords us a meaningful reference to understand the leading ideologies such as ＂People-oriented＂ and so on.
