The CPC's Explanation about the Legality of Its Being in Regional Power During the War of Resistance against Japan

During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the CPC,not clearly authorized by the central government,needed resources to support the legality of its being in regional power.The CPC holded the banner of Sun Yatsen and his Three Principles of the People as the theorical basis of its existing and being in regional power,proved the necessity of its political status by publicizing its contributions in democracy constructions and resistance against Japan,and proved it non-reasonable to deprive it of its status by refuting the KMT's anti-CPC fallacy.So the legality of its being in regional power got supported.
