| 摘 要： | 综合性社区服务中心的目标定位是决定社区服务体系建设实效性、长效性的关键。通过社区工作视域对广州市家庭综合服务中心试点案例进行分析,分析总结当前综合性服务中心建设目标定位的常见误区,并提出综合性服务中心应以推进社区发展为远景目标,以推动居民参与为过程目标,以满足居民需求为结果目标,以建立运行机制为成果目标;在社区服务供给体系中进行保障式、阶段性、平台式、综合式定位,从而推动社区服务体系的良性发展。
