| 摘 要： | 分时度假是旅游发展的一种创新,作为提供家庭化、自由化、人性化的一种新的旅游产品越来越受到人们的青睐。通过分析我国分时度假陷入困境的基础上,指出分时度假旅游产品应走品牌化、集团化道路,并且提出了加强产品创新以及进行法制建设等一系列对策。

| Abstract: | Timesharing is an innovation of the tourism development. As a new tourism product characterized by family-orientation, freedom, humanity, it attracts more and more people. Based on an analysis of present situation and its problems of timesharing in China, it is pointed that the notion of name brand and group should be introduced in the development of timesharing products. Besides, a series of strategies of strengthening products innovation and construction of legal system are proposed. |
