英国统治香港的"主权在英"原则述评

英国管治香港期间,非法侵占了中国对香港的主权,确立了“主权在英”的殖民统治香港的最高原则:通过英皇颁布的三个敕令,把“主权在英”的最高原则“合法化”;通过三个宪制性文件,把“主权在英”的最高原则宪制化;通过直辖管治,把“主权在英”的最高原则治权化。由此,英国确保了对香港长达一个半世纪的殖民统治。直到1997年中国对香港恢复行使主权,英国“主权在英”殖民统治香港的最高原则终于寿终正寝,成为历史。

"Sovereignty Belongs to Britain": the Supreme Principle of British Colonial Domination in Hong Kong
