| 摘 要： | 本文以现代中国人理想人格立论的原则与基础为切入点，在此基础上阐述了理想人格重塑的主、客体条件；社会理想人格和个体理想人格的区别，提出在理想人格大系统中人格诸要素的充分运行是实现理想人格的内在前提。但理想人格也需要外在条件，这就是保障机制的运行。

| Abstract: | Our article is based on the principle of reconstructing the ideal personality of modern Chinese.We set forth our position on some questions,including the subjective and objective conditions of ideal personality and we also distinguish the social ideal personality from the individual one.If modern Chinese try to achieve their ideal personality,the above mentioned conditions must be considered. |
