| 摘 要： | 农业信息化是用信息化提升农业,使传统农业迈向现代农业。但我国农业和农民面临着现实的信息化困境,农民处于信息化的边缘地位。本文分析了农业信息产品的属性和供给安排,提出通过产权转变,从而发挥政府和社团两个积极性,加快实现农业信息化。

| Abstract: | To upgrade traditional agriculture to modern pattern is the function of information technology.In China,it is hard to realize,farmers live in the information technology's marginal position. The paper analyzes the property and supply of information products,suggests thatm,through property right tranformation,governments and corporations can exert their function in different fields,thus to speed up agro-information industrialization. |
