| 摘 要： | 空间的商业化利用推动了《移动设备国际权益公约和空间资产特定问题议定书》的起草。起草者对空间资产这一概念尚未达成一致意见。空间资产与《登记公约》下的空间物体有一定联系，但又有区别。为《议定书》起草之目的，确定空间资产的内涵和外延应充分考虑资产的结构和价值上的独立性、政治上避免牵涉敏感问题、实践中避免模糊定义、符合《议定书》的目的以及考虑人类探索空间的技术进步的需要，并与现有联合国外层空间条约体系相协调。
