| 摘 要： | 手机媒体的出现与使用，使政府信息广泛传播，但由于国家及相关部门对手机媒体缺乏严格的监管，再加上手机媒体信息发布平台主体趋向于多元化发展，内容庞杂，较难对其进行监督，使政府在运用手机媒体发布信息的过程中，信息的权威性受到极大的影响。因此，运用案例对比分析的方法，从信息权威性的基本含义及手机媒体平台特征的角度出发，提出从信息源、信息接收过程到信息接收方的全面提升手机媒体发布政府信息的权威性的途径。
