论中国大学经营的要素与内在缺陷

高等教育的大众化与国际化已使我国大学生存与发展的内外环境发生显著的变化,大学虽不以营利为目的,但大学也需要经营,以适应日益加剧的高等教育竞争态势;大学的基本属性决定了大学经营的概念、内涵、特征等都与企业经营存在着较大的差异;大学经营始终存在着投入与产出的多元性和一定程度的不确定性、社会效益与经济效益的相互制约等经营管理的内在缺陷;大学经营成功与否的要素在于它的战略、资源和制度。

On the Keys and Inner Limitations of Chinese University Management

The popularization and globalization of higher education has brought great impact on the maintainance and development of universities in China.Though universities are not established for profits,they are required to be well managed to accord with fierce competition in higher education.The fundamental attribute,function and ethical inclination of universities as well as the characteristics of university organizations determine that the concepts,connotations,features and factors of university management are different from those of corporations'.The inner limitations are always there in university management,such as the variety and uncertainty of devotion and achievement,the mutual restriction of both social and economic benefit,etc.The success of the university management lies in its strategy,resource and system.
