广西国家社科基金立项课题状况研究

运用教育文献计量学的方法对广西1993年以来国家社科基金项目立项状况进行统计分析，结果表明：广西社会科学界国家课题立项数量稳步提升。广西师范大学、广西大学、广西民族大学、广西社科院等高校和科研机构承担了广西2／3左右国家课题的研究任务。这些机构为广西的社会科学研究起到了推动作用。但是，广西的国家立项课题项目较少，不同年度、不同单位、不同地区的国家立项课题的发展不平衡．并且国家立项课题在单位之间、地区之间过于集中。同时，广西的优势学科明显，劣势学科也很突出。

Research on the Present Situation of the National Philosophy and Social Sciences Projects Applied by Guangxi

This paper, focusing on these philosophy and social sciences projects aided financially by the Research on the National Planning Office applied by Guangxi （from 1993 to 2006）, not only analyses the project quantity, classification, forms of achievements in scientific research and the area of the proiects in charge, but also introduces some things about project contents, frequency, trends and focus of the research. We find that the projects of Guangxi aided financially by the Research on the National Planning Office were less than most of the provinces of China. The dominance of Guangxi＇ s social sciences is distinct, but those inferior subjects are also very outstanding.
