| Abstract: | This paper expounds the connection between the innovative diathesis and practical ability of electricity specialty talents in engineering colleges. A cultivating system to develope practical ability of innovative talents is put forward to against the problem of reduction of engineering practice opptitunite for the engineering students in the circumstance of enlarging of college enrollment. |
