| Abstract: | Study on the practice of management should be assessed based on the key criterion of value contribution.It contains four factors: practicality,which reflects the foremost intention of the research;theoreticality,which reflects the form of a practical research;generalizability,which reflects the citation and application of the result;verifiability,which reflects the effectiveness of the result itself. |
