| 摘 要： | 1865-1900年是美国军事发展的转折时期.在此期间,美国军队完成了职业化建设;建立了完整的军事教育体系;开展了军事理论和科研工作;改革了人事制度;建立了国民警卫队和远洋海军.军队在国家内政中扮演了重要角色,还建立了海外作战体制,为海外扩张奠定了基础.

In the period , American army finished its professional construction, established a complete system of military education, carried out the research in military theory and military science, reformed personnel system, set up National Guad and an ocean navy,played an important role in in- ternal affairs, built an operational structure abroad,and laid a foundation for American expansion. |
