| 摘 要： | 分析了传统产品开发模式的局限性,探讨了基于并行工程的产品开发模式.将并行工程理论贯穿于产品设计、生产、营销整个过程,在强调下游因素对上游工序影响的同时,也考虑了上游因素对下游工序的影响,并从管理的角度分析了实施并行工程需考虑的问题.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the limitation of the traditional mode of product development ,discusses the mode of product development based on the concurrent engineering ,which has permeated through the whole process of product designing,production and marketing.While the paper stresses the influence of the latter factor on the previous process,it goes a step further to consider the influence of the previous factor on the latter process.At last,the paper analyses the problems that should be taken into consideration in the implementation of concurrent engineering from the angle management. |
