| Abstract: | In recent years, the constitutionalism has become one of the focuses being paid more attention to by the theory circle, especially the law science research. The most central value that the constitutionalism pursues is to limit government's power in order to ensure the personal lawful right and basic free effectively. Today, analyzing the guarantee and seeking the resource of native country to implement the constitutionalism has the important realistic meanings. |
