试论改善我国中西部地区乡镇企业发展的人文环境

当前 ,中西部地区与东部沿海地区农村经济发展差距有不断扩大的趋势 ,乡镇企业水平的差距是其中的一个重要因素。制约中西部乡镇企业发展的因素很多 ,其中重要的因素之一就是人文环境因素 ,即人们的思想、意识、观念的滞后带来的影响。笔者力图从制约中西部乡镇企业发展的人文环境因素出发 ,探求促进乡镇企业健康、快速发展的措施和办法。

Improving Human Environment in Village and Township Enterprises in the Central West

There has been an increasing gap between the economic development in rural areas in the central west and the coastal east regions, one of the important reasons for which is the different level of village and the coastal east regions, one of the important reasons for which is the different level of village and township enterprise development. The factors which affect the development are multifold, one of which is human environment encompassing human perceptions, ideology and the consequence they would bring about. This article starts with the constraining human environmental factors and seeks some hopefully sound solutions to facilitate the healthy and rapid development of village and township enterprises.
