| 摘 要： | 我国目前财政供养人员规模庞大,财政负担沉重,一方面财力保障困难,另一方面引发诸多问题。本文通过对我国财政供养人员规模和增长情况的概览,分析和阐述了财政供养人员规模过大的成因与负面效应,提出了控制财政供养人员规模、减轻财政负担的建议对策。

| Abstract: | The size of people supported by finance in our country at present is too big and fiscal burden is too heavy. It is hard to secure the finance at one hard and many problems come out on the other hard. The paper,through a survey of analyses, expounds causes and negative effects of overbig size of people supported by finance and puts forward suggestions and strategy to control finance supported people's size and relieve fiscal burden. |
