第三代中央领导集体继续坚持并进一步发展了"一国两制"的对台方针政策,党的十六大报告继续保持了对台政策的连续性。对台政策体现了和平统一战略前瞻性、一个中国原则坚定性、两种制度包容性和具体方法现实灵活性的有机统一的系统特征。和平统一战略前瞻性具有历史基础、现实保障和未来的战略,是为了实现中国人民的根本利益;第三代中央领导集体提出关于一个中国原则坚定性的系统思路,是对台政策的底线,它体现在与"台独"的种种斗争中;两种制度包容性内涵是通过现实灵活的具体政策体现出来的,两者的目的是实现祖国的和平统一。

On the Systemic Characters of Policies of the Third Generation of Central Leading Collectivity vs Taiwan
