BASIC IDEAS ON THE APPRAISAL SYSTEM FOR TEACHERS OF HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES |

| Abstract: | Based on domestic and international theory and practice and taking College of Humanities of Southwest Agricultural University as an example, this paper discusses the significance of the appraisal system for teachers of humanities and social sciences and its basic ideas and contents, which is aimed at setting up a feasible system for the appraisal of the teaching results of the teachers of humanities and social sciences. |
