| 摘 要： | 东南亚金融危机爆发以来，许多学者对国家在经济发展中的作用表示了质疑，有的学者甚至对此持否定的意见。国家政府在东盟今后的经济发展中是否继续发挥作用并应该注意避免什么样的问题发生，本文对这个问题作了初步的探讨。
