| 摘 要： | 本文分析了独立的私人估价环境下最优保留价格与竞买人数之间的关系,纠正了最优保留价格与竞买人数无关的传统观点.在此基础上,讨论了卖者可能递交"托"出价的条件以及拍卖中只剩下一个竞买人时卖者的最优"托"出价.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between the reserve price and the number of bidders under the condition of independent private values,correcting the traditional false view that optimal reserve price is irrelevance to the number of bidders.Based on the above analysis,the paper discusses the conditions where seller is likely to shill bid and the optimal shill bidding of sellers when only one bidder is left in the auction. |
