朱元璋人才观探议

在古代帝王中,明太祖朱元璋是一个注意重用人才的历史人物。朱元璋提出了“治天下以人才为本”的人才观,认为成才之法一是“忘利”,二是“积善成德”,并指出了具体的获才之法:荐举和征求、兴学、通过科举考试来选拔人才。朱元璋的人才观对以后明代历朝帝王的人才观起了奠基的作用。后代帝王经常以朱元璋的人才观和科举选才标准为指导来推行科举制度和选拔人才。

A study of Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang's view of talents

Among all the emperors in ancient China, Zhu Yuanzhang was one who paid great attention to talented people. It was Zhu Yuanzhang who proposed the view of "talents are the focus in governing the country". He also put forward some suggestions concerning how to become a talent' and how to find out those talents. His view of talents had a great influence upon the later views of talents adopted by other emperors, and set up a guideline for the later 'talent selection' system.
