大企业形成的非正式制度分析

一个国家经济发展的关键在于大企业的形成,而大企业能否形成直接受现有制度的制约,其中非正式制度也起着非常重要的作用。在非正式制度中最重要的是大企业形成需要的文化基础,这种文化以鼓励和崇尚竞争、高度信用、主张合作等为主要内容。只有具备这样的文化基础,大企业才能顺利形成。而我国的传统文化虽然对推动大企业的形成有一定的积极作用,但是其阻碍作用是更大的。在这种情况下,为了能够在经济全球化的趋势中生存,我国必须发展起来一批真正的大企业,而要发展起来这些大企业的话,必须进行以文化转型为内容的非正式制度的建设。
