教师工作满意度及其评估意义之研究

摘    要:管理心理学的研究表明,工作满意度是影响员工工作积极性、出勤率与流动率的重要因素。从教育规律来看,教师工作积极性又是影响教育质量的关键因素。这种递进关系决定了学校管理者必须了解教师工作满意状况,采取有针对性的措施解决引起教师工作不满意的问题,从而调动其工作积极性,进而促进教育质量的提高。

Abstract:According to the research in management psychology,job satisfaction is an important factor affecting workers' zeal,attendance and flow.Through the law of education,teachers' zeal of is a key factor affecting the quality of teaching.The relation determinates that the managers of school should know the job satisfactions of teachers and take measures to solve the problems which cause job dissatisfaction.Thus,it can improve the teachers' job zeal and teaching quality.
