| Abstract: | Aganist the defects of Maslow's motivation theory, this paper elaborates systematically the encouraging, sustaining and strengthening functions of self consciousness on the individual achievement motive, reveals the mental patterns of self motivation and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting self concept, strengthening the self regulation and performing the self motivation. |
