| 摘 要： | 学术界浮躁之风是近年来学术界同仁普遍关心的问题。对这股愈演愈烈的不正之风人人扼腕,纷纷谴责。学术期刊必须认清学风浮躁是学术创新的大敌,必须进一步端正办刊思想,进行综合治理,从根本上扶正祛邪,正本清源。

| Abstract: | The floppy atmosphere in academic circle is a common question that the academic colleagues are concerned with in recent years. Everyone hates and blames this stream of unhealthy tendency. The academic periodicals must recognize that the floppy atmosphere is an archenemy for the academic innovations, must further correct the thoughts in running a periodical, and must carry out a comprehensive administration and radical reform to get rid of the unhealthy tendency. |
