| 摘 要： | "三个代表"重要思想反映了先进企业文化的客观要求,是新时期建设先进企业文化的指导思想.建设先进的企业文化必须做好"一个引导"和"三个结合"用当代中国先进文化的内涵加以规范和引导,与群众参与民主管理的具体实践相结合,与我国传统优秀文化的开放和创新相结合,与开展丰富多彩的科学文化实践活动相结合.

| Abstract: | In the new era,the main idea of Three Represents(TR) is the guiding idea for the construction of enterprise culture in that it objectively reflects the need of advanced enterprise.Construction of advanced enterprise culture must do well with the followings:guide it with the contents of contemporary advanced Chinese culture,combine it with the practice of employee taking part in enterprise management,with the liberation and innovation of Chinese grand traditional culture,with the various practice of science and culture. |
