朱德论社会主义建设的运行机制

朱德对社会主义的探索是比较早的,也是比较全面和具体的。他首次提出"建设中国式的社会主义"的思想,并从经济、政治和军事方面论述了其运行机制。在经济建设上,朱德提出必须建立起按客观规律办事,发展生产力,改善人民生活,实行"人人富裕,共同富裕"的运行机制;在政治建设上,必须建立起加强党的执政地位的建设,走群众路线,既反"左"又反右,实行党政分开,精简机构,建设社会主义民主政治的运行机制;在军事建设上,必须建立起一支强大的国防军,发展各军兵种,建设合成军队,部分军工应尽早转为民用,学习外国先进技术,发展尖端武器的运行机制。

Operation Mechanism of Zhu De's Thought on Socialist Construction

Zhu De's thought about socialism was formed in the early period of the revolution.It is complete and concrete,concerning all aspects.Zhu De put forth the theory to "build socialism with Chinese characteristics" from the angle of operation mechanism.The theory covers economics,politics and military science.In the economic construction,Zhu De insisted on the practice of objective law in doing things,developing productive force,improving people's living standard,and advocating common richness.In the political construction,he stressed the importance of the status of the Party as a ruling party,relying on masses,battling the Right deviationist as well as the Left-deviationist,separating the functions of the Party and the government,simplifying the administrative structure,and building up a socialist democracy.In the military construction,he held the point to build up a powerful defense army,developing all armed forces and corps,learning advanced techynologies and tapping high-tech weapons.
