| 摘 要： | 近年来,医疗卫生行业＂三公＂领域利益冲突愈发严重。医疗卫生行业＂三公＂领域利益冲突,主要是指在医疗卫生行业公共资源配置、公共资产交易、公共产品生产等领域,其公职人员的个人利益与其公职人员身份所代表或维护的公共利益之间的冲突。文章根据新时期我国医疗卫生行业＂三公＂领域利益冲突的典型腐败案例,分析该领域利益冲突的表现形式,从公共管理学角度,提出我国医疗卫生行业＂三公＂领域利益冲突的治理对策,为治理我国医疗卫生行业的腐败现象提供参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years,conflict between personal interests and public interests becomes increasingly serious in the Three Public areas of healthcare industry.Three Public refers to the allocation of public resources in healthcare industry,trade in public assets and the production of public goods.Based on typical corruption cases about the conflict,this article analyzes the conflict expression and proposes some countermeasures from Public Management perspective to provide reference for governing medical industry corruption. |
