森林资源广泛的经济价值使国内外关于林权界定的研究大多集中在经济意义的产权上，而林业资源无法替代的生态功能决定了它有着不可忽视的环境产权特征，两种产权范式具有不同的目标、追求与结果．如何使双重产权并行不悖，是中国林权改革的重大问题。为此，通过对双重属性产权不同的人格化代表、不同的效率目标及不同的功能定位分析，探讨了如何通过制度构建将林权经营放在共同遵守的经济秩序与社会规则中，以实现双重产权的相容互盈。
