| Abstract: | With thousands of problems to be settled in a nation's economy, how can the government figure out the sufficient and necessary condition for the economic growth in a nation and concentrate on the key affairs in its economic development? This article presents the key factors and structures for economic growth in a nation and puts forward the key policies with the purpose of arousing greater concern and deeper study on this issue. |
