中小企业国际化经营的战略选择

摘    要:经济国际化为中小企业带来了新的机遇和挑战,我国中小企业普遍存在国际化意识薄弱、国际化战略缺失、国际化人才匮乏、国际商务知识不足、缺乏自主知识产权和品牌产品、难以形成核心竞争力等问题,为此,要发挥中小企业机制灵活、市场反应快、企业家精神旺盛的特点,培养企业家全球化思维方式和国际化经营的勇气,中小企业要通过实施信息化战略、合作联盟战略、本土化经营战略、知识产权战略、品牌战略、关系营销战略以应对复杂的国际竞争环境。

Abstract:Internationalization of economy brings challenges as well as new chances for small and medium-sized enterprises,which lack a strong consciousness toward internationalization and corresponding strategies,are short of international business knowledge,self-intellectual property right and designer products.Thus they have a hard job of forming a competitive strength,As a result,this article maintains that minor enterprises should take advantage of their own strength and nurture entrepreneurs' mode of thinking of internationalization and their courage of running international businesses,and they should also carry out a series of strategies to respond to complex environment of worldwide competition.
