| 摘 要： | 志愿者是许多重要公益活动赖以运行的重要社会机制。大型运动会需要大量大学生志愿者,而大学生在志愿者活动中可开阔眼界,增长才干,展示自我。该文采用文献资料法、分析法、归纳法等研究方法对大型运动会大学生志愿者的赛前准备工作、赛时运作方式以及赛后总结等环节的组织与管理进行了探讨。
