Liang Qichao's thoughts on civil rights during the time of Wuxu

The idea on civil rights,which was resulted from the integration of Western theory of democracy into China's reality,was the core of Liang Qichao's ideology during the time of Wuxu.Liang showed respect to monarchy in his thoughts,and held that girdle rights and monarchical power should be advocated before the boom of civil rights.Accordingly Liang put forward a concrete plan to initiate civil rights in China.
